1、projuect profile
JiaYue locates on the south turning of JinXin road and JinHu road, covering 218 hectares.The first phase of the project includes nice buildings with eight floors ,covering a total construction area about 26,000 square meters.The project developer is Guangdong XieHua Corporation CO.,LTD ;construction unit is Shantou JiaHua Real Estate Development CO.,LTD.

2、Choice of the wall materials
The original wall body material of the project is autoclaved lime-sand brick .With enlargement of national energy saving policies in buildings, developers intend to keep the project as the first energy-saving demonstration project in Shantou,. So they changed wall material to aerated concrete bricks , but they gave up at last as comprehensive cost is too high after accounting. They agreed to choose the concrete perforated bricks Baoyuan produce after discussed and studied by technical workers. On February 2006, the head of the project visited Baoyuan company to survey, and they had a thorough understanding of raw material formula、production equipment、technological process、quality control systems etc..They believed the products have the performances of engineering materials needed as small capacity、high-strength、insulation、simple construction，then signed purchase contract with us.

The east and west wall body: concrete perforated brick with high efficiency and insulation type ,
specification:240×170×90㎜,strength rank ≥10Mpa,thermal coefficient 0.403㎡.K/w,
capacity 1303.8kg/m3
The south and north wall body: concrete perforated brick of normal insulation type,
specification:240×170×90㎜,strength rank≥7.5Mpa
twice fitment example rooms materials:normal concrete perforated bricks, specification:240×170×90㎜、
240×115×90㎜，strength rank≥7.5Mpa

四、project status and dosage: wall body builded on March 2006, main project complete nearly on June 2006,total dosage of concrete perforated bricks :2360 m3.
五、Concrete perforated bricks isn't very popular in Shantou. Construction unit sum up experience positively,communicate the application circumstance of the products in time，The following is the feedback from Gernal engineer Mr Lin:
1、trim appearance, small mortar joint,saving mortar;
2、operators work more quickly after two～three days adaptation
3、the flank of brick body with concave design is easy to doors and windows installment and firm inlay
4、it is easy to blend as the perforated brick and Pillar beam belong to concrete sort.
5、three leakproof groove avoid leakage effectively.
六、By application of the first phase project, construction unit signed purchase contract for the second phase project of concrete perforated bricks with quantity 7,000 cubic metres.
